Fabrication
The company was founded in 2005. At that time the main
business is
manufacturing of
metal parts, metal processing and machinery maintenance services.
During 2019, we began to undertake fabrication projects, and become
mining
equipment
fabrication as sub-contractor. Gradually, we establish close business
ties and
good
cooperation with mechanical engineering in many sector.
Our metal fabrication consist of building metal structures with cutting,
bending,
machining, assembling, welding, painting and QA inspection process.
Metal
fabrication and machining jobs will usually start with drawings that is
provided
by
client, then move to the fabrication stage and finally to the
installation of
the
final project till delivery.
Steel Supply
As a free zone, Batam has advantages in the field of
taxation.
Industrial growth that supports oil and gas and ship building requires
large
amounts
of steel, both in the form of plates and pipes.
Since 2021, Exzel has partnered with NSC as a global supply chain for
various
types
of steel to be able to support the growing Batam market
